Discussion about 201 East 37th Street in Murray Hill

is this coop open minded about pied a terre? foreign nationalk buying cash with 2 years maintenance in escrow ? what about rental? is there any web site that discuss the attitude of the coop boards of various buildings so that we can decide if to show at all certain buildings to our many foreign buyers ? Don't know of any definitive list. Usually buildings that offer that (and other notables such as parents buying for children, cobuyers, etc.) are mentioned in the listing. I think you'll have to pound the pavement and if there's something a client would like, then contact the seller's agent.

Save yourself, your buyers, the selling broker and the board time and show them condos only.
