need an advice re the condo part of the project. Prices for the 2/2 are in the 650K and above. The condo looked well maintained and the monthly are about $1800 to $2000 for units (above 1400sqf) excluding RE taxes. does it make sense to invest? the pros are: on the water, great spa and accessible to both sobe and Bal Harbor. the Con- neighborhood. Since we are looking for 2/2 as a vacation place and our budget is 600 to 800, I could not see anything else in new construction. Any advice? suggestions? Thanks
