Another 2Bed 2Bath, 6K sold in Feb. 2012 for 765k....The listing sounds high.

that's right waaayy to high. the won't sell at those levels.

Building right off 2nd ave and its a war zone in that area. I've heard they can't give away the apartments in this building. Apparently some people haven't gotten the memo and are still pretending they can get 2007 prices.

That's actually not the issue. If you look at the apartments the ones that sold for lower were in estate condition or had not been renovated since original construction. The two currently listed have been more recently renovated. 6K is undergoing a gut renovation in the building.
