wow been checking out the Brooklyn heights market for the first time in a few months......prices are getting out of whack. i cant say for sure but looks liek prices are up about 20% since January? have we forgotten what happened last year already? and watching #Frontline stories on PBS feel like ancient history to people?

tide lifts all boats. even brooklyn will see some price appreciation after manhattan

with the crooks and criminals (such as the privately-owned FED, and the tax evasion Geithner) keep printing money to hype the economic, what can u expect?
