Discussion about Sterling Plaza at 255 East 49th Street in Turtle Bay
What will happen to property prices here 5-7 years down the road circa. Phase 2 of Second Ave Subway tunnel boring? Any thoughts?

Tunnel stops at 59 st.

No impact until phase 3. Too many years ago to worry about.

The subway will not be a problem at all of the avenue. Stops are scheduled for 54 and 42 streets.
Look at all the new construction? Prices per sq ft are in the range of $1200 to $1500 psf. Great place to buy!
