Staff at Coop

I live in manhattan coop and noticed that the doormen are often on their cellphones...ie checking internet, etc....is this something that most coops find acceptable? I would imagine the job is pretty boring....it just seems odd to see them playing around with their phones...of course when they see me, they open the door etc....Also, we have porters who sometimes seem like they have nothing to do.....i left a few weeks ago at 8am and saw the porter sitting around chatting with the doorman...i then came home at 10am and he was still sitting there except they were both on their cellphones......not sure if this would seem pecune to bring up to management/board?
