Easiest Mortgage

Hi everyone, I am in contract to purchase a coop in lower manhattan (old walk up in historic WV area). Currently looking at 2 different lenders. I am a young person, with limited trade lines. Can anyone suggest who the easiest lender is in terms of requirements/exemptions. Thank you for your help and feedback.

Just want to start off by saying that there is no such thing as an easy mortgage nowadays. It's takes teamwork to get a loan closed. As far as your credit is concerned, the lender can run your credit and run an automated approval to see if you pass credit requirements. When you say that you have limited trade lines, how limited are we talking? Also, it depends on the loan to value and loan amount you are seeking. Sunny.hong@bankofamerica.com
