Morgan Stanley is also a stake owner of the FED, that means they are always one of the winners

All the banks started going down again at the same time, once it was announced their ratings were being reviewed.
MS peaked at the end of March at just over $21 and has been going down steadily since. Goldman is doing the exact same thing, as is citibank and BAC.

So why is this about Goldman Sachs?

Most of these banks are now valued below liquidation value (ie - an overshoot to the downside). The price of the stock is not necessarily the only indication of a company's health. And observing the fleet black cars and yellow cabs delivering GS employees to HQ during yesterday's rain leads me to believe things are humming along OK. Hermes ties and Oxxford suits don't take kindly to rain.
