Rockrose Lease Extension

kcw984. I used to live at 22 River Terrace and was able to negotiate a one-time extension. I only did it for one month, and it was in 2009 when the market was just a little different than it is today, but they were definitely open to being flexible with me. You just need to be prepared that they may want more money out of it...Best of luck!

They should have no problem giving you lease extension. My suggestion would be to call the main office, speak to the person in charge of lease renewal and ask them if you can extend it now till January. If January hits and you realize you need another month it should not be an issue.

I don't think this is sound thinking. January is the worst time for an apartment to hit the market and Rockrose knows this.
