Discussion about
I was looking at past sales for Plaza 400, and there seems to be several anomalies that have developed in the new sales format

Would be nice to also be able to refine building searchs to a line. You type 9, you can get all the apartments on the 9th floor. But it would be nice to type A and get all As on the various floors.

Also I am surprised, with all the data that streeteasy has, they haven't done a zillow and started to give SEstimate (StreetEasy-stimate) yet. Trulia is starting to do this (still in early stages)...

Would be nice to see such estimate also be tweakable... say we know the squarefoot is less than listed or tax abatement is ending ...

se is mainly condos and co-ops, having that extra data on a luxury purchase is almost pointless. If this were calculating income producing and investment properties you need all that extra data, but SE is not the platform to carry these kind of listings. If you see something you like, make an offer, its only worth what people are willing to pay. I dont see a site that calculates how much square footage a lamborghini has vs a ferrari. Your buying a lifestyle in manhattan, not square footage. Although the tax abatement ending is a nice touch i havent seen many do.

"Buying a lifestyle..."

If you actually believe that drivel, oh boy...

I've made this suggestion before. It's nice to have "description includes" it would be nice to have the reverse. "description does not include". so say, you are searching condos on UWS. and you don't want to wade through the "boulevard" apartments. cuts the search output in half or less. such an easy programming fix.

inonada, i thought you were the rent price negotiator? now you know sales too? Do you not think buying a condo in manhattan, that you are going to live in, is a luxury purchase?
