I think you should answer that for starters - you are the one who has been repeatedly preaching the virtues of this bulding and nine months ago said they were only one or two closings from being effective. If I were you, I would be looking for ways out of my contract. In direct answer to your question, its almost a year I visited this building and it seems to be the same stroy re: sales that was told then, that is being told now and there seems little evidence of true activity. I don't think renaming the building changes any of the core problems which limit the success of this project.
