Any views on the building? thinking of putting an offer on an apartment there, why is the maintainance so high?

The way that I think of maintenance is that for every 300 bucks it's like a mortgage for 100k. So if 260 WEA charges 600 bucks a month more than others, thats like 200k down the drain as you arent paying any principal with that money. Just flushing it away. Gotta take account of this in your offer. The available apartment seems overpriced, no?
