Feel free to call (646) 258-5287 if you are seriosuly considering moving here. I'm also happy to provide pictures of what Sutton Management/Glenmark Realty deem to be appropriate living standards for their tenants. I'll be posting an in-depth summary of my experience and that of others when time permits. But for now, I hope that this post will at least save a few people from the heartache, stress, and cash drain.

OK, but nobody'll see this after it ages for a few hours. Better to go to http://streeteasy.com/nyc/building/the-alberta, then scroll to the bottom and click "Start a Discussion About this Building". Then people looking at the building will see your post.

What kind of a name for a building is "The Alberta"?
Was there nothing else they could think of?
