Juleslo,
Its not that easy, what kind of floor is it? Is it prefinished? If not you might have to sand ,stain and poly the whole room. What is the wall made out of? Sheetrock? or something else.
If you would like me to take a look at it and give you some advice i would be happy to do so.

julesjo,
Since you're re-sanding and re-staining whole floor it makes it much easier to make the floor repairs unnoticeable.
If you need an estimate feel free to email me at arxconstruction@gmail.com.
Hi. I just did the same thing on my apartment in a new condo One thing you want to find out is what the building will require under the alteration agreement. I was surprised to find the building required a permit even though it was a non weight bearing wall and i had to have an engineer look at impact on sprinklers. I did also have to repair wall sand and stain whole apartment. Taking out the wall was the smallest portion of the cost.
julesjo,
Yes, the wood floor patch, stain and seal will likely be your biggest item. The wall removal and electrical work, less so. Check out some of our floor work. Click Flooring & Foyers and then Submit; http://www.capitalcraftsmen.com/portfolio
I would be happy to set up a meeting with you and give you an estimate.
