ACRIS difficulty

Hi, I was trying to use ACRIS to look up information on apartments that I am looking at, and I tried to use the block-lot search by address function, and even though I am putting in all the right information, it is telling me that the apartment number is not found. Is there a special way that I need to use it? I am looking at apartments in Manhattan. thanks
