Living directly below a pool

Hi. I am currently looking to purchase a PH unit in a highrise. There is a swimming pool directly above the unit. I am not concerned about the water leaking, etc. per se, but I am a little scared that the perennially wet and warm (from the heated pool) environment directly above me might make this apartment "pest friendly"--you know, with mice and cockr..ches..I can't even say that word! Any thoughts? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

Assuming the building is old enough that the pool has already had some wear and tear on it, just get a good inspection to see how much damage (if any) is already done). Tread carefully

i would worry about the constant noise of the filters that run.
