Coop Board Package

One of my references submitted their professional reference to the building itself and forgot to mail it to me. I now have a hard copy in hand to be put in the package but how concerned should I be?

Not concerned.
They won't deny you because your friend made a little mistake.
Did he address it to "Board of ------" and mail it to the building address?
If so, the mailman gave it to the super who gave it to the managing agent who may have put it in the building's file.

I'm preparing 6 copies of a co-op board package. What should my package look like? Put documents in a binder? Staple sections? Add tabs to each section? You get my drift…. Thanks!
