What is with the lack of inventory?

I don't know if inventory is down across the board, but it is definitely down for two bedrooms under $800K on the UWS. Isn't it supposed to increase this time of year?

Maybe prices are going up. Sub-$800k for a 2br on the UWS sounds pretty unrealistic.
