Central Air - False advertising !!!

FYI - The AC breaks down all summer long... you're not getting the same value for your dollar here compared with other UES buildings where they can actually operate and run a building properly. Same thing happens over and over again and they will not invest in a real fix. Don't rent here if AC is something you need... just a heads up

There are tons and tons of sub $2700 one bedrooms in doorman buidlings off of Third ave right?

This is the most saturated real estate market in manhattan, so i think someone can find comparables with working utilities..

Mike, I'm guessing based on your name that you are 40 or 41 years old, but based on your complaint placed here that you are 22.
