FYI - The AC breaks down all summer long... you're not getting the same value for your dollar here compared with other UES buildings where they can actually operate and run a building properly. Same thing happens over and over again and they will not invest in a real fix. Don't rent here if AC is something you actually need... just a heads up

There are tons and tons of sub $2700 one bedrooms in doorman buidlings off of Third ave right?

This is the most saturated real estate market in manhattan, so i think someone can find comparables with working utilities... plus, for the money, might be worth an extra 50-100 for air conditioning depending on the renter...

nice try at intuition huntersburg, but your're wrong. I just act immature when necessary utilities fail (seemingly every long weekend in the summer at this building).
