I'm wondering what it means when a co-op listing specifies that it is a "resale?" Most listings, even if they're not sponsor units, don't have the resale term in the listing headline.

I was thinking the same thing. What is "Resale" in StreetEasy parlance? Not "resale value of renovating a bathroom" but Resale with a capital R?
