Pre-War Condo at 172 West 79th Street

Discussion about 172 West 79th Street in Upper West Side
I want to buy an apartment here as everything I've heard about this building is terrific, but they are so rarely available. This seems to be one of the best pre-war condos in the city... something that is hard to find. And I love the very central location in the heart of the UWS. Does anyone know of other pre-war condos that are similar? Thanks!

Check which institution as to whether they provide financing on the building... Conversion but non-gut rehabilitation condo project so not getting financing from major banks...
