Was strolling along Barrow toward Hudson River Park and noticed the ratty but charming unoccupied bulding on the corner of Barrow and West (now totally out of character in that nabe). Next time you pass by give it a look -- a piece of old NY with a very interesting history. Any updates on this? Noticed it the other day too. Very close to new 150 Charles development.
