Totally agree with that - although I've not had too many.

I'd also add that this is a noisy building - sound is transmitted through all of the walls and ceiling. I regularly hear people taking/shouting/stamping around. Also, the apartment doors have a propensity to slam if you let go of them - which is the way most people in this building appear to feel is a considerate way of closing the door. Read in to that what you will, but it does feel like a college dorm around here sometimes.

Probably also worth mentioning that the smoke from the Mexican take away next door blows in through the window continually, that the maintenance staff are generally useless and its virtually impossible to get hold of anyone at the management company.

The door staff, however, are awesome.

In summary, I cannot _wait_ to move out in the next few months.
