Discussion about
I am looking to update the tub/shower trim from the 1940's. Since I am getting a really wide cost range from GC's just wondering if any one here can recommend a reliable plumber that can work in Forest Hills co-op. Thank you
I know a great plumber in that area, his name is Harry, this is his cell: 917-642-7794, the guy is great and very responsive.
Hofo,
I am someone who is very reasonable. Email me 646-436-3942
I've used Fred Smith plumbing and thought they were great. Been around for 100 years.

I've used DJ International Plumbing. The owner, Dave, has done good work for me so far and his prices are reasonable. You can say Alex from 322 gave you his contact info: 646-267-3739
Nintzk: How did it go with your tenant and getting his stuff out of your building's stairwells?
We've used Demar several times and found them to be prompt and fairly priced. Have not had to have any of their work re-done and they have been great in emergencies.
hofo,
I find the bigger plumbing companies are more skilled and work better with maintenance stuff rather than custom kitchen/bathrooms. I use a range of smaller companies. E-mail me more details at stephen@capitalcraftsmen.com
