*Drumroll* CONGRATULATIONS!!!! You have found the Holy Grail -- a $500psf apt in NYC in a prime Manhattan neighborhood. And in a Park block, no less. Cue the Band. W67 will present you with the prize. NB: The Prize cannot be returned.
Actually, this sale smacks of money laundering. 2 days on the market and price is cut 24% And the carefully constructed sales message sounds like code:
Ideal for someone who love outdoor, plays and all the city got to offerPictures do not the justices for this spectacular home. Must be seen.
It's a first floor "medical space" , so a medical space layout , with a remnant of a kitchen. obviously will need more than "TLC" to bring it to residential apartment level, so add $$$ to do that
Nothing, other than ground floor + gut job should be considered in pricing places. There
is a ground floor classic 6 at 210W78 that is priced at a huge discount relative to higher floor apts.
Same reasoning.
Amend that - not that huge a discount, but should be a huge discount.
That won't stop Brooks2 from posting it as evidence of Manhattan RE tanking!!!
