building at 233 East 60th Street

Horrible landlord-- venomous, nasty, and rude! I can't express to you enough just how horrible an experience living in the above buiding was. I lived there a few years ago for 1 lease term. Demand to meet the landlord in person! You'll see! She is unavailable most of the time, has multiple violations recorded against her, and when she is there, she fills the building with cigarette smoke from her incessant smoking at her kitchen table. S Wait til you get the story about how the buzzer was temporarily disconnected. Upon moving in you'll be informed that it WON'T BE RECONNECTED. The list goes on and on. AVOID.
