Discussion about
Our mortgage lender seems to believe that the sponsors cost to obtain their offering plan of $450.00 is outrageous and by far the highest she has ever heard of. The Condo questionnaire is $150 and By Laws $25 which seem standard for NYC but is nearly $500 for the Offering Plan being charged by others in the city? Just curious. It seems to be available on titlevest at a fraction of the cost (or free digitally) but should we be concerned that record might be incomplete? I've just tried the AG's website and while it does pull up the building as if it has the plan, when you actually click to view it the page is blank.

The price is not unreasonable if the Plan is being copied by hand on 2,500
year old parchment made from mammoth skin.

Otherwise it sounds really exorbitant.
