Close proximity to Madison Square Park to the east and the new High Line Park to the west. On 23rd street but faces the much quieter west 22nd street, dare I say peaceful on the landscaped outdoor terrace. With it's own mini-refrig, garden hose, and BBQ there are many entertainment possibilities. Open southern view to the developing Freedom Tower which can now be seen reflecting the sunsets to the west. Can see partial Empire State Building Views from terrace with it's changing nighttime colors.
