Summer time - hot or cold?

Discussion about
Looking to buy apartment in the city. Should I expect lots of summer time listings? will sellers lower price in the summer time? Does the fact that the city is empty on weekends will affect supply?

I don't have past statistics, right now it seems dead. New inventory and market movement in past few month has now slowed down.

yes, expect prices to drop after the spring. Most brokers jack up the px in the Spring with the hope of finding some sucker to overpay
