rooftop water tank inspections

Seems to be no discussion items in SE (or I couldn't find them). Has anybody had any good/bad/neutral experience regarding the last couple of years since the law requiring annual water tank inspections and reporting of results? Probably everyone has anecdotal evidence of how clean is your building's water quality, but has anyone actually checked the annual inspector's report(s), which are apparently supposed to be available for the past five years to all who live in their buildings?
