Discussion about 10 West End Avenue #4J
The ad says "just steps to Columbus Circle". Per the map, it is 3 AVENUE BLOCKS to Columbus Circle. Is the map wrong? I have never seen realtors lie so blatantly as they do in NYC. It is remarkable. This looks like a lovely apartment and it would rent just as rapidly with a truthful representation.

1) 3 avenues is still walkable. I've seen much worse lies (# of bedrooms, sq footage, ability to install washer/dryer, coop rules, etc.
2) Missed your window, looks like somebody got it.
