Discussion about 88 Morningside Avenue #3G
So a small, low floor, land lease, high maintenance apt in Harlem sells for 3k above list. I suspect the 3k was for "imrovements" ie painting but still shows a surprisingly strong market.

Looks like #11A just sold for a tidy profit after just two years.
