pricing a condo?

I am a renter, and I recently asked the owner if she is interested in selling her condo. She said she is interested--for the right price. Now the ball is my court to give her a $. Besides finding comparable listings on this site or zillow, how do I find out the value of the condo? Do I need an appraiser? Where do I find one? Help is much appreciated!

This is a great question! I am also currently looking into condos for sale in edmonton, asking questions about how much money will be billed or the amount your willing to put down on the condo as well! These will be questions I will look into.
