One Bed East 73rd

Every agent gushes about the Bing and Bing buildings on East 73rd. I am viewing a one bed they seem a bit expensive for the size? Are is ok but there is that dreadful BBQ place on the corner. Does anyone have a comment on these buildings good or bad?

It's the Bing & Bing cachet, which I don't get, but they do tend to have fireplaces and great closet space.

that street is nice dark and cavernous thanks to those bingers. I am not a fan of the bedroom/living room configs.
