Did anyone see this apartment? I've been watching it b/c the number of price decreases. If I recall, it's not a great block or two, there's some low income housing nearby. But I never saw the apartment in person. It just went into contract today.

There is government housing on second and 27th street. I used to live on 25th street and second...not a great area.

I had my eye on it too. Never saw it in person though. Seems like there's a lot you could do with the space... move the stairs, make a true master suite, add another bath above the kitchen, etc. Too bad the outdoor space is probably in shadows all day.
