BEWARE, THIS LISTING IS A FICTION, this address is incorrect. The correct apt that this agency will take you to is at 10th and Second Avenue on the northeast corner. It is not 1600 square feet either. When STREETEASY.COM IS JUST AS BAD AS THE FAKE ADS ON CRAIGSLIST.
