Short term furnished rental (UES or Midtown East)

Apologies in advance for using this board as a classified... My mother in law (65 yo, non smoker), is looking for a short-term (three or four months) furnished rental in a doorman, elevator building either on the Upper East Side or Midtown East. A studio or 1 bedroom are doable, preferably below $3,000 per month beginning September 1st. If anybody is looking for a short term renter/subletter, please let me know. Thanks!
