Looking for Firm for Small Scale Studo Renovation

Am buying a studio in a pre-war upper east side building. The apt is in decent shape but needs painting and I want to so some minor work eg shelves, improved closets; small things of that nature including doing window treatments. I want one person/firm to do/manage it all as I travel a lot and use the apt as pied a terre. Is there anyone who is happy to do small work like that? All I see are people doing major renovation work. This is small scale. Any suggestions.
