wow, this apartment is morphing from a 2/2 to a 3/1.5 to a 3/1 that contractor must be very happy to keep changing the layout.

My advice, Howard, is to get everyone in the building involved to pressure the building management company/landlord until you get proper results. Post notices, involve the listing broker. Do not tolerate inferior service by unqualified exterminators. You must be vigilant.
