Buyers broker vs listing agent

Discussion about
I am thinking about dipping into the Manhattan RE mkt after many years and wanted to pick the brains of folks here. I saw a listing for a place I like, and wanted to see this apt plus other similar listings. My question is whether I should simply contact the listing agent to have her show me this and other similar apts, or should I find a buyers broker (if such a thing exists in NYC) to show me this place and others? Thx.
