cost of removing tile floor

I would like to remove the tile floor (marble & limestone) in my apartment & replace it with wood flooring & radiant heat. Any idea of average cost per sq ft in Manhattan?

It really depends on several factors.

Does the building allow chipping hammers? Are the tiles under any type of cabinets? kitchen?
What kind of wood flooring? Do you need a new subfloor? I would assume you do
