This building has an ongoing boiler problem that the owners have refused to address. This boiler emits harmful noxious fumes that affect both the building residents and next door neighbor building. This situation has required the FDNY to come to location to shut the boiler off several times. The last time the FDNY shut the boiler off was in July 2012. Until the owners of this building address the ongoing problem to this building, residents run the serious risk of not having hot water.
