cost of removing bathroom radiator

Discussion about
Seeing apartments in original condition with bathrooms that seem ok except for small rectangular radiator under the sink. Would want to get rid of that and put in sink with cabinet. Any idea on cost to do this? Does entire wall need to be re-tiled or just patched where radiator was? thx
