Note that this building charges a $450 annual fee to use the roof and exercise room that is mandatory. Also note that the listed rental rates are only applicable if you move in on the date the apartment becomes available. If you move in a week later, 2 weeks later, a month later, they attempt to make up for the lack of occupancy by charging you a higher monthly rate. Evidently someone managing this building missed their Economics 101 class freshman year of college.

I dont understand why you think that an advertised price should be available to you any day other than for an immediate occupancy.

Building rental policies are sketch. don't even think about a dog - there's a non-refundable deposit (why is it a deposit if non-refundable) EVERY YEAR for $500+ PLUS a monthly fee for dogs. It's ridiculous.

Overpriced in Chelsea - in that price range, check out the newly renovated places on 24/25/26th and 6th for about the same.
