Do NOT rent from this place.... it is rat/mice infested (6 mice and counting in the past few months) and overpriced. The landlord is a CREEP. He threatened to lower our credit scores after a door had become jammed. He only answers his phone when he wants money and is known as a "slumlord". "Renovated" kitchen really means he added a granite counter-top so he had an excuse to cheat people and up the price. TRUST ME -- look elsewhere if you want to save headaches and sleepless nights listening to mice squeal and scurry through your apartment.
