Lawyer recommendation

It would be greatly appreciated if someone could recommend a RE lawyer with experience in dealing with brownstone purchases. Main concerns are things such as ensuring DOB violations are cleared by the sellers before closing and ensuring proper clauses in the offer are in place to protect us. We don't have a buyer RE broker and hence we would need the lawyer's guidance throughout the entire process. Thank you

Highly recommend Robert Melamed, using him for my new construction purchase, and he was recommended by a friend as well. I'm not using a buyers broker, so Robert has been very helpful in navigating the process.
