30 bond steet overpriced by 30%

Did any look at the following listing. It is barely 1600sq ft if you exclude the stairs. It is just 21ft wide and at the most 80ft long. 300_mercer: Well, if nobody pays that amount for it, then you are right. If someone comes in and takes it at that price, then you're wrong. That's how a market works.
