NY Observer Condo Show , March 30

I did not, but rather went to half a different open houses in GV/WV/Soho area. Interestingly, the ones in GV I was the only one in a couple, there was one other couple coming in as was leaving in the other. The only ones with real traffic was in Soho and in WV.

I'm an agent, and I went in after the broker's preview (which was in the morning) and in with the regular people in the afternoon.

Mobbed. Absolutely mobbed.

Lots of pied-a-terre shoppers ("the kids are grown and I'm sick of commuting in from Nassau every day" kind of thing).

Whether they are real buyers or not, who knows?
