Looking for a studio or 1BR to rent in Battery Park City, ideally in the Visionaire of Millenium buildings, move-in date Oct or Nov. The terms can be flexible, though 55 lb dog is part of the equation on this end. Leads to or directly from owners in these condo buildings are appreciated.
